Now how to use it properly, suppose you are going to make rice for your lunch and you want to eat only 250 calories, so weighing scale will help you to measure how much rice you should take so that it becomes 250 calories. let's say 100-gram uncooked rice contains 250 calories(eg. you will measure from calorie charts) then you will take 100 grams only with the help of a weighing scale. This method will help you to track the exact amount of food you eat.

If you make a dish or recipes like Shahi paneer(cheese) or something else, then in this case you can't measure the whole recipe for counting the calories of it because many ingredients are added to prepare that. So you need to calculate the calories of each and every ingredient separately eg. you measure how much paneer(cheese) should be there, how much oil you are going to use to cook it. These all you will do with the help of a weighing scale and calorie chart.
